Common stress points include pipe fittings, skimmer connections, return lines, and transitions near the equipment pad. The visible wet area is not always directly above the failed section.
Locate before digging
Technicians first isolate the leaking line with pressure testing. Electronic listening can then narrow the search area so excavation is focused on the suspected failure instead of opening a large section of deck or yard.
